Our Shipping Policy was last updated on 11 July 2025.

We only ship our products within the United Kingdom. Thanks Brexit. The stupid, stupid gift that keeps on giving.

Once your order is placed, we will ship it as soon as possible. There are no guaranteed delivery windows or ship-by dates. We’ll do our best to update customers if there are unforeseen delays.

We’ll try to send them out via Tracked 48 so they’ll take 2-3 days to reach your doorstep. If it needs a bigger parcel then we’ll be looking at DPD 2 Day delivery through the post office. Anything bigger than that, and we’ll work something out. As soon as your product ships, you’ll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times.

Can I change my shipping address?
If your order has not yet been shipped, you may be able to change your shipping address. Please send an email to mail@sparkwoodand21.com as soon as possible with the subject line “Change Shipping Address” to inquire about changing your shipping address. Please make sure to include your order number for faster service.

My tracking status has not updated. What’s going on with my order?
After a week, if you don’t see an update please send us an e-mail with the subject line “Tracking Inquiry” to mail@sparkwoodand21.com.
